Shipping Policy

Information about delivery areas, timeframes, and charges.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following cities in Germany: Deggendorf, Plattling, Passau, Regensburg, and Straubing. If your location is outside these areas, please contact us and we may be able to arrange a special delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days depending on your location and order volume. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and order value. The exact fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Orders above a certain amount may qualify for free delivery.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation once your order is received and another when it is dispatched.

5. Delivery Instructions

Please provide accurate delivery address and contact information when placing your order. If you have special delivery instructions (e.g., leave at the door, ring bell), please add them in the order notes at checkout.

6. Missed Deliveries

If no one is available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
